Win £10,000 to experience Audley

Confirm bookings with Audley in August and September and be entered into a competition for the chance to win a £10,000 voucher toward an Audley tailor-made trip. Whether you want to see wild orangutans in the rainforests of Borneo or take a road trip on the USA’s Californian coast, the winner can put the prize money toward creating their very own bespoke trip with help from our specialists. Three lucky runners-up will also be given the chance to join Audley’s next long-haul agent Experience Trip.
How to enter
Every booking you confirm with Audley between 1st August and 30th September 2024 will grant you one entry to the prize draw. Plus, we will give you additional entries for every £10,000 of value in your booking.
Examples:
- Bookings £0 - £9,999 = 1 entry
- Bookings £10,000 - £19,999 = 2 entries
- Bookings £20,000 - £29,999 = 3 entries
- Bookings £30,000 - £39,999 = 4 entries
You won’t need to register your bookings. These will be logged automatically and be entered into the draw at the end of the competition period.
Terms & Conditions
The competition is open to travel agents based in the UK, 18 years of age and older.
Contest period: The competition starts at 12.01 AM on 1st August and closes at 11.59PM on 30th September 2024 (the “Competition Period”). All times are GMT and any bookings confirmed outside of the Competition Period will not be eligible. The winner will be contacted by the 31st October and will have 10 days to accept the prize. If the winner does not accept the prize within 10 days of contact or is unable to take up the prize, a new winner will be selected.
Entry terms:
Confirm a booking with Audley between 1st August and 30th September 2024. When you confirm your booking you will automatically be entered into the prize draw. If you do not wish to be included in the prize draw please notify us at agency.sales@audleytravel.com
THE MAIN PRIZE:
A £10,000 voucher towards a custom Audley trip to any of our open destinations. Should the winner choose to create a trip with a greater retail value than the voucher, the winner will be liable for the additional cost. The winner must travel by 20.12.2025. All travel is subject to the terms and conditions of Audley Travel Ltd, a copy of these can be obtained by emailing agency.sales@audleytravel.com
There are no cash alternatives to the prize in whole or in part. The prize is not negotiable or transferable. Audley Travel does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to use the prize voucher. Audley Travel reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, this competition is not capable (for whatever reason) of being conducted, as specified. Audley Travel reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.
Any costs incurred from changes post booking, such as a name change or other amends, are the winner’s responsibility to pay.
The winner is responsible for getting to any departure points (for flights etc), in time for security checks and the check-in procedures on the day of departure. Travel costs to airports are at the winner’s own expense.
The following exclusions apply: The prize does not include travel insurance, passport or visa costs, meals/beverages (unless otherwise stated), any applicable taxes not included in the price of the ticket, ground transportation, excursions or transfers (unless otherwise stated), personal spending money or any other costs of a personal nature not stated, all of which are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The prize must be booked as a personal customer and not through your agency. The prize will not be eligible for agency commission.
RUNNER’S UP PRIZE:
In addition to the above prize terms and conditions;
Three bookings will be selected as runner’s up and will be offered a place on a forthcoming Audley Travel long-haul agent fam trip. The choice of date and destination of this trip is to be confirmed at a later date, and is at Audley’s discretion. If a runner’s up prize winner is unable to confirm their place on the offered experience fam trip, then Audley Travel are at no obligation to offer an alternative trip in the future.
WINNER SELECTION:
The winner will be selected at random and notified by email, using the details we have for you within the booking. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners, if a winner cannot be contacted or is not available (within 10 days of attempted contact) Audley Travel reserves the right to select another winner.
Audley Travel shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Contest. Audley Travel assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and Audley Travel reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. Audley Travel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
