You will hike through the unspoiled forest where you will experience the cloudforest, observing an abundance of flora and fauna. You should be able to spot birds such as large-footed finches, peg-billed finches, black-cheeked warblers, long-tailed silky-flycatchers, zeledonias and silvery-fronted tapaculo.

Today you'll have the opportunity to see the picturesque beaches and reefs of Bocas del Toro. You'll board your boat and start your adventure by visiting Dolphin Bay, Coral Key and Zapatilla Island.

At leisure in Bocas — you can hire kayaks and bikes to help you explore. To go further afield, take a water taxi to visit some of the beautiful beaches in the archipelago, or Bastimentos Island to discover the beauty of the rainforest and the mangroves.
