Cormoran Lodge

This small lodge is situated near the town of Kibuye, right on the shore of Lake Kivu. The lodge itself, and its six cabins, are built entirely from wood, perched on the hillside on stilts.

Each room is simple but comfortable in its design, with double or twin beds with mosquito nets. As each room is a separate chalet, Cormoran Lodge feels quiet and relaxing, especially while you enjoy the view from your balcony.

All rooms include a mini fridge, Wi-Fi internet and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower. The location is spectacular, and you can enjoy uninterrupted lake views from your room's balcony.

During your stay, you can enjoy canoeing and boat rides to nearby Bat Island and Monkey Island. There is also a communal games room where you will find a billiards table, packs of cards and board games.
