On arrival in Mahé, you’ll be met by our local representative who will escort you through the airport and assist you to the jetty, where you will board your sea ferry to Praslin. If you're lucky you may see some flying fish and dolphins on the way to Baie St. Anne pier. Your driver will meet you in Praslin and drive you to the hotel, where you can begin to relax and unwind.
-
At Constance Lemuria, there is plenty to do; you can enjoy relaxing at the pool or the beach. If you’re feeling more adventurous, windsurfing, kayaking, snorkeling and diving are all available, along with tennis and golf, complete with an 18-hole championship golf course.
-
During your stay on Praslin we’d recommend a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Vallée de Mai. The nature reserve is well worth a visit, home to the endemic coco de mer palm and some endemic bird species such as the black parrot.
-
If you need a little pampering, head to the lovely spa where you can enjoy a range of massage and beauty treatments. The sauna, Jacuzzi and steam bath are all free to use, regardless of whether you’ve booked a treatment or not.
-
One of our most-liked parts about this location is the easy access to the nearby beaches, three of which are located within the grounds of Constance Lemuria. The secluded Anse Georgette, considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the Seychelles due to its pristine white sand, is a 20-minute walk or free shuttle away. We’d suggest ordering a picnic lunch from the resort so that you can spend the whole day there, soaking up the views of the Indian Ocean.
-
This morning you’ll be picked up by your driver and taken to the ferry terminal for your journey back to Mahé. Upon arrival you'll take a short flight to Denis Island, and the plane will land on a grass strip steps away from the lodge. Situated under palms at the back of an idyllic beach, the private bungalows are immersed in nature, looking out toward the beach and sea.
-
Denis Island offers a private place to relax, with only a handful of other guests at one time. There are plenty of sandy tracks across the island which you can use to find a deserted beach to call home for the day.
-
Denis has a wide variety of water-based activities available, from paddleboarding to snorkeling. The lodge has a good dive center where you can arrange to go on dive or snorkel trips to the nearby untouched reefs. The protected waters are full of marine life, from tropical fish to turtles, all of which you can see for yourselves.
-
Here on Denis Island you can really switch off from the stresses of everyday life however you choose, from swimming from the beach or snoozing in the shade of a palm tree.
-
Today you may like to explore the island itself by walking or cycling around on a bike. You could even take a guided nature excursion through the wildlife-rich forest. We’d recommend a visit to the giant tortoise colony, where you can meet some of the oldest creatures on the planet, with many of the tortoises believed to be over a century old.
-
If you haven’t already, now is your chance to try the other activities on Denis, from deep-sea fishing to sailing and kayaking. The food is excellent on Denis, with a lot of fresh seafood and homegrown produce from the island’s own farm, so you often need to do a bit of activity to counteract all of the lovely food.
-
This morning you will fly back to Mahé before catching your onward flight home.
