Pinhatt Mountain Trek
Pinhatt Mountain Trek
The first section of trail takes you along a gentle path through minority farms and pine forest, then continues through forest paths until you arrive at the base of Pinhatt.
Your guide will take you to see the sites which make Dalat arguably the most kitsch town in Southeast Asia.
Highlights include the Dalat Biology Institute, the famous Cremaillere Railway, with its historic steam engines, and a visit to Hang Nga Guesthouse and Art gallery, known locally as Crazy House.
Built over the last two decades by its imaginative owner, Mrs Dang Viet Nga, this surreal building has been compared to the work of Gaudí. You will also visit the colonial quarter, the central flower and fruit markets as well as a local flower garden. Heading out of town itself, visit the picturesque Tuyen Lam Lake with its nearby pagoda. Stop along the way to visit a coffee plantation or a local farm too.
The duration of this tour is dependent upon your interest.
These activities are designed to give you the most authentic experiences around where you're staying. We work with local guides, who use their knowledge and often a resident's eye to show you the main sights and more out-of-the-way attractions. Our specialists can suggest tours and activities that will introduce you to the local ways of life.
