Nestled at the foot of the majestic Flinders Range is Rawnsley Park Station, an Outback resort offering a variety of accommodation options. It offers a collection of luxury eco-villas, the ultimate in Flinders Ranges accommodation and the ideal place to get away from it all.

Set on a private and secluded site, yet within easy reach of the main Rawnsley Park facilities, these stylish and contemporary villas boast uninterrupted views of Wilpena Pound and the surrounding ranges.

Designed to complement the natural surroundings, the villas are totally self contained and have the latest environmental design features, including rendered straw bale walls, polished timber floors over suspended concrete slabs and overhanging eaves/wide verandas to provide shaded walls.

Windows and doors have been located to allow for cooling breezes to pass through the entire building.

The eco-villas received Advanced Ecotourism accreditation in the Ecotourism Australia certification programme and yet have not compromised on the luxury components they include. Each unit features a spectacular retractable ceiling offering night-sky viewing from the comfort of your bed, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a wide veranda with outdoor setting and BBQ and a luxurious bathroom with guest-robes.

If the views from the veranda were not enough there is a TV with DVD player and a selection of indigenous art work in every villa.
