  • Rise early to explore Angkor's lesser temples, including the jungle temple Ta Prohm. You navigate the area by bicycle, taking quiet roads and hidden jungle pathways. Later this evening you can sample some nightly entertainment in the form of Siem Reap's Phare Ponleu Selpak.

  • Continue your temple exploration today with a visit to the iconic Angkor Wat followed by a hearty breakfast at Sala Kdei, set in a beautiful location overlooking the royal bathing pond. Later you witness Angkor craftsmanship at its finest when you walk among the intricately carved ruins at Banteay Srei.

  • After breakfast you will journey overland to the colonial town of Battambang with two nights in a character property.

  • Today, you will enjoy a full-day tour around the area, beginning with a cooking class at a street-side venue followed by an interesting audio cyclo tour.

  • Continue to Phnom Penh today, overland past the hilltop sanctuary at Udong. You will spend the night in a quiet area of Phnom Penh.

  • Fully explore the Cambodian capital, Phnom Penh, taking in the modern history, culture and colonial architecture in the company of an experienced guide. Begin your evening with a cocktail at one of the city's trendiest rooftop bars before navigating the streets of Phnom Penh by Vespa. Along the way, you will stop off at some unique dining venues and have the opportunity to sample some great cuisine.

  • Travel down to Cambodia's southern coast today, where you can take in the colonial wonders and pepper culture around Kampot. Check in to your simple yet characterful hotel.

  • Enjoy a full day at one of Kampot's finest pepper plantations, where you learn about the various processes involved, create some fantastic pepper-infused dishes and dine out with views of the ocean beyond.

  • Leaving Kampot behind you continue west along the coast to Sihanoukville and the unspoilt island of Koh Rong. Spend the next few days at the stunning Royal Sands Hotel.

  • Full day at leisure. Perhaps enjoy a walk along the vast stretch of white sand beach or try out one of the many activities at the hotel.

  • Spend your last day relaxing in paradise. Find a good spot on the beach, by the pool or indulge in a signature spa treatment.

  • Leave island life behind and journey back to Phnom Penh in time for your flight home.
