La Quinta Sarapiqui Country Inn

La Quinta is a rustic lodge set within beautiful and expansive grounds around 15 minutes from the town. The 34 individual cabins are spacious, clean and comfortable and all have private terraces with hammocks and rocking chairs.

All rooms have a ceiling fan, whilst superior rooms and suites also have air conditioning. The tropical gardens surrounding the rooms are a good place to spot birds and lizards, whilst caiman are often seen in the small lagoon. Paths run alongside the river and there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the tranquil location.

La Quinta has a good swimming pool area, as well as board games and books for when it rains. As well as butterfly and frog gardens, there is a small museum and inner tubes if you fancy floating down the river.
