We chose the Hotel Il Sereno for its relaxing ambience and modern, boutique style. The hotel is located in a peaceful spot but is within easy striking distance from the bustling town of Como.

All of the 30 rooms have high ceilings and tall windows that offer panoramic views of Lake Como, as well as a minimalist contemporary style. Most have an expansive private terrace which leads to a small garden, making it a wonderful place to relax. Complimentary internet access and air conditioning are available in all rooms.
Location
Il Sereno Hotel is located just five minutes away from the heart of Torno, a sleepy traditional village, and about half an hour away from bustling Como. You can enjoy the city's many attractions before retreating to the peaceful hotel at the end of your busy day.
Food and drink
The hotel’s restaurant, the Berton Al Lago, has an outdoor terrace that overlooks the lake as well as a stylish indoor seating area. The menu is inspired by the region's traditional cuisine and features locally sourced ingredients, including fish from the lake and aromatic herbs from the countryside. The restaurant serves all three meals.
Facilities and activities
Il Sereno offers several different options for guests' relaxation. The private outdoor beach has with an infinity pool which extends over the water. In addition, you’ll find a sauna and a steam room, both finished with traditional Italian tiles. The spa offers a tailored experience through its massages and rejuvenating treatments.
