Upon arrival at Mexico City Airport, meet your driver who will transfer you to your hotel, located in Mexico City's upmarket Polanco district, close to some of the city's best restaurants, boutiques and museums. You will have the rest of the afternoon at leisure.

Spend today exploring the city with your private guide, including a visit to the Anthropological Museum with its stunning collection of sculptures. This evening, you will enjoy a food tour as part of a small group. You will visit several small taco stands and shops known to locals as the place to eat. Your guide will explain how these tasty snacks became such an integral part of Mexican culture and the difference between ingredients and styles, which means no two tacos are the same.

This morning you will have an early start, however this will be rewarded with a real once-in-a-lifetime experience of seeing the Teotihuacán pyramids, commonly known as the City of Gods, from the sky. Traveling by hot air balloon really is the best way to appreciate the impressive scale and grandeur of the ancient site. You will also have a chance to walk around the Teotihuacán pyramids on foot after. You will have the rest of the day at leisure.

Traveling with your private chauffeur-guide, you will leave Mexico City and head for Cuernavaca, just 1½ hours drive away. This beautiful colonial city dates back some 3,200 years and has some stunning architecture and archaeology to explore. You will then travel on to the charming town of Taxco approximately an hour and a half from Cuernavaca.

Today your private guide will take you to the famous Xochimilco Floating Gardens. This is a very popular activity with the locals at the weekend when floating mariachis and food vendors punt alongside extended families and tourists out to enjoy a day in this ancient manner. You will then travel to Coyoacán and visit the Frida Kahlo Museum.
