Rooms

Warm shades of green, terracotta, and ochre combine with rustic wood and traditional white stone walls throughout the rooms, echoing the hues and textures of the Menorcan landscape. The design reflects the architecture of these palaces while providing modern comforts at every turn. The hotel offers nine room categories, spread across the three palaces, all with en suite bathrooms. Many of the rooms can accommodate families. The larger suites have a terrace with views across the historic rooftops. For extended groups, the three-bedroom villa has its own pool and kitchen.

Location

The hotel provides a central base for wandering the medieval streets of Ciutadella old town, once the capital of Menorca. It’s just a short walk to the 14th-century Gothic cathedral, and five minutes from the port. Staff are on hand to help you transport your luggage along the cobbled streets linking the palace buildings.

• Summer guests can enjoy a breakfast buffet in the courtyard of Can Faustino.
• Faustino restaurant serves a simple lunch menu on the patio or by the pool from 12.30–3.30pm.
• Dinner is served on the Can Faustino terrace from 7.30pm, featuring dishes with a regional focus.
