Location

Located right on the waterfront, Rowes Wharf is a short walk to many of Boston’s well-known sites, including Quincy Market, the North End and the Freedom Trail, as well as the New England Aquarium. It’s steps away from both Boston Harborwalk and the Rose Kennedy Greenway, a scenic park through the heart of the city. 

The adjacent marina offers docking privileges for guests as well as a convenient place to pick up the MBTA ferries or Boston Harbor Cruises. 

Food and drink

The hotel has three dining options. For an elegant dinner, Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar has a seasonal menu that spotlights contemporary American dishes. Guests can indulge in whimsical interpretations of classic dishes, with pairings drawn from an extensive wine cellar, while enjoying a view of the boats in the bay. 

For breakfast and lunch, as well as more casual dinners, Rowes Wharf Sea Grille serves impeccably fresh seafood in its sun-filled dining room and an outdoor terrace in warm weather. 

The clubby Rowes Wharf Bar provides a convivial setting for an after-dinner drink or evening snack. The well-stocked bar includes a selection of rare single malts and cognacs, and you can order a variety of inventive cocktails, light bites and bar friendly entrees. 

Facilities and activities

Rowes Wharf Health Club & Spa provides guests with spa treatments, a lap pool, a whirlpool and personal trainers, as well as a vast array of cardio and strength training equipment. It can also provide a complete outfit of workout attire, if necessary.

The concierge can arrange for a house car to take guests anywhere within a 3 km (2 mile) radius, or for a water taxi.

The adjacent marina offers docking privileges for all guests of the hotel or Meritage Restaurant, and can accommodate yachts up to 61 m (200 ft) long.
