Situated on the edge of Baie-Saint-Paul, this modern hotel is made up of five pavilions inspired stylistically by the traditional farm buildings of the Charlevoix region, with views across the open farmland to the sea.
Each room has wooden floors, contemporary furnishings, flat-screen TVs and iPod docks. The hotel is located on a working farm and runs farmers’ markets during the summer months (June to September), while its two restaurants offer fresh, seasonal, farm-to-fork food. It boasts a spa with a large hot tub and a heated outdoor pool, and offers easy access to the Charlevoix scenic train for those wishing to explore the local area.
We like that this hotel is located on a working farm, with its own animals and farmers’ market, yet only a short walk away from the cafés and art galleries of Baie-Saint-Paul. It’s a modern and comfortable place to stay, but you still feel very much embedded in the rural character of the Charlevoix region.

Environmental and social responsibility
The hotel takes a responsible and positive attitude to sustainability and the environment. It makes an effort to reclaim storm water, plant trees, and irrigate gardens using local water sources. The hotel has beehives within its grounds and uses the work and services of local artists and suppliers wherever possible.
