Located on the Silver Trail Highway in the centre of the Yukon, Mayo is a small village offering a variety of facilities along with plenty of hiking and fishing opportunities.
There are spectacular views of glaciated terrain and some sensational scenery to be seen in the area.
Not far away lies the delightful old settlement of Keno and the abandoned silver-mining town of Elsa making this a very pleasant place to sojourn for a day or two.
