When is the best time to visit Grenada?

The best time to visit Grenada is from January to May, which are the driest months. However, the country enjoys a hot, tropical climate all year round, tempered by cooling trade winds, with average highs of 29°C to 30°C throughout.

The average hours of sunshine don’t vary a great deal throughout the year. Grenada is located on the southern edge of the hurricane and tropical storm belt, which means the island is rarely affected by the storms that pass through the region from July to November. Heavy rain does fall from June to December, but the showers are brief. There are fewer crowds at this time and the prices are lower.
