Cardamom House

A 45-minute drive from Dindigul, Cardamom House benefits from a stunning location on the edge of Kamarajar Lake close to the undulating Western Ghats.

The seven rooms all face south and have views of the lakes and hills, and are named after Indian spices and herbs. The rural location is a world away from the hustle and bustle of Dindigul or Madurai, which makes the property a peaceful place to relax. Your host, Dr Chris Lucas, a retired British physician, can suggest ideas for your free time such as wildlife walks or village visits. Alternatively, you may prefer to relax on the veranda or enjoy the flower filled garden.
