The Hotel de Russie offers a calming oasis in the centre of the city. Past the pink tinted façade, the grandiose lobby opens onto an inviting central courtyard where incredible tiered gardens seem to spill down onto the paved terraces.
Breakfast is served on the top terrace, nestled among the greenery. The lower terrace, with its giant pots of lemon and orange trees, offers a quiet, shady spot to enjoy a coffee during the day or one of the hotel’s famous cocktails by night.
Inside, the hotel is decorated in pleasant, neutral tones with marble friezes decorating the wide, carpeted corridors.
The Hotel de Russie is everything a luxury hotel should be. We were particularly impressed by the excellent service and the beautiful courtyard garden, a charming setting for an evening aperitivo.
