Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall is a 15-minute drive from central Montego Bay and is set within the grounds of the Rose Hall estate. Enjoying a beachside location, the hotel is enveloped by the lush tropical landscape of the Blue Mountain ridge and overlooks two world-class championship golf courses.

Food and drink

You’ll find a range of distinctly different restaurants and bars on-site, from fine dining experiences to gourmet buffets or a simple pastry at the deli and café. On sunny days, you can dine outdoors at the beach’s traditional jerk shack or taste local seafood at the grill house.

For an elegant evening, the Di RoZa Italian restaurant uses the freshest and finest ingredients with an extensive wine list to boot, while FuZion Asian Grill offers a modern and innovative menu, with skilled chefs demonstrating their abilities at its teppanyaki grill station.

Private dining is also possible and can be arranged through the concierge service, with the option of a romantic candlelit dinner on the beach or inside one of the seafront gazebos.
