Sakura Ryokan

A 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station, the Sakura Ryokan offers an excellent stay at a fraction of the price of some of its more distinguished neighbours.

Recently opened, the ryokan is bright and cosy and offers a number of traditional rooms all of which are en suite. Rooms are a little small but they are perfectly functional and are all finished to a high standard. It is well worth upgrading to one of the Tea Ceremony or Sukiya rooms, which come with their own small garden; a novelty inside a three storey building! There is free internet in the lobby area and guests can also make use of the laundry facilities.
