Black Swan Boutique Hotel

This luxury bed and breakfast offers excellent personal service and is located on the shores of Lake Rotorua. It is a welcoming and delightful place to restore your energy between sightseeing tours or adventures outdoors. Each of the eight, spacious en suite guest rooms has its own balcony with an exquisite view over either the extensive garden or the lake.

There is plenty to do at the lodge itself — for guests who'd rather not leave this haven, activities include swimming, a sauna, pétanque, croquet, lake cruises and even a private Māori cultural concert performance on the lawns (by prior arrangement). Dinner is available at the lodge, and there are also three 18-hole golf courses located nearby.

The lodge jetty also serves as a starting point for helicopter, float-plane or boat trips to explore the area, and the lodge works with local fishing guides for those who fancy taking to the water to catch some of the lake's famed rainbow trout.
