Today, you embark on a tour of Istanbul's main highlights with your private guide, including Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Spice Market.

This is your final day in Istanbul. Today, you'll visit the Dolmabahce Palace, Suleymaniye Mosque, and the Chora Museum and embark on a cruise along the Bosphorus.

You'll be taken to the airport by your private driver ready for your flight to Cappadocia. Here, you'll be met and driven to your hotel, situated within the bizarre rock formations that comprise the Cappadocia area.

Rise early this morning to go hot air ballooning over the striking Cappadocian landscape at sunrise. Later, explore the cave churches of Göreme Open Air Museum with your guide, then embark on a jeep safari to some of the area's best panoramic viewpoints.

Today you'll take part in a traditional cookery course in a local family home.

Transfer to the airport and fly south to the Bodrum Peninsula for some rest and relaxation. You'll be met at the airport and driven to your deluxe hotel on the coast, overlooking the nearby Greek islands.

This is your final day at leisure on the Bodrum Peninsula. If you want to explore the surrounding area, there is a small village close to your hotel. Alternatively, transport can be booked into Bodrum town, which has a plethora of shops and restaurants.

You'll be driven to the airport, ready for your flight back to Istanbul. Here, you will catch your return flight home. Your return flight will arrive the same day.
