Cooks in tuk-tuks cooking class

Join a Cambodian chef and go shopping at the local market for fresh locally-grown ingredients. There is an amazing array of produce grown in the area and the chef will explain the many uses both culinary and medicinal that the produce is used for. Return with your selection of ingredients for a cooking demonstration in Khmer cuisine followed by lunch. You explore several classic Khmer dishes and enjoy tasting the end result at a traditional Khmer-style luncheon.

The cooking class takes three to four hours, depending on numbers and time spent at the market, and leaves at 10am from The River Garden reception area.
