Deerhurst Resort has an impressive lakeside setting on the shores of Peninsula Lake, in what is affectionately known as Ontario’s cottage country.
This large, family-friendly property boasts a wide range of onsite activities and is an ideal base for exploring the forests and granite ridges of Algonquin Provincial Park. A year-round resort, there are activities for every season from boating and hiking in the summer to skating and sleigh rides in winter.
Whilst this is a large and perhaps slightly impersonal property, it’s good value for money for those who wish to be located at the gateway to Algonquin Provincial Park. We find the array of facilities and activities make this a family-friendly option.
