Situated just a few minutes’ walk from Vouliagmeni’s sandy beach, the Margi enjoys the benefit of its location just a 30-minute drive from central Athens.

There are a variety of facilities for guests to take advantage of. The highlight is the large pool area which is surrounded by plush loungers and the Malabar restaurant which serves traditional Greek dishes in a stylish yet casual setting. Patio restaurant is the hotel’s fine dining option and serves gourmet Mediterranean fare.

The property also boasts a full spa featuring an indoor pool, sauna, steam room and treatment rooms. Rooms in the Margi are modern in style, using warm hues and natural woods to exude a relaxing atmosphere.

The Margi is a great way to enjoy Athens avoiding the crowds in the city, or an ideal way to spend some days relaxing at the end of a trip.

Rooms

The style of the hotel projects a natural elegance with clean lines, modern, polished wood accents, and neutral tones. The 89 rooms in the property follow a similar clean palette with contemporary touches and soft, draped fabrics. Some rooms offer balconies, and those on higher floors have sea views.

Location

Located just a short walk from the beach at Vouliagmeni, there is a selection of restaurants and beach bars within easy walking distance. The hotel is a 30-minute drive from both central Athens and the airport, and 50 minutes from Piraeus Port.

Food and drink

  • Malabar restaurant is located at the poolside and is open for lunch and dinner serving Mediterranean cuisine.
  • GIO is the hotel’s formal Italian restaurant that is open for dinner.
  • Patio — by Panagiotis Giakalis, is a fine dining restaurant ran by the Michelin starred chef and has just nine tables.
  • A hearty buffet breakfast is served each morning at Nilaya.
