Cruise Ships in India : Charaidew

The ship’s rich past is still evident in its brass engine room telegraph and large wheel bear, reminding guests that they are staying on an authentic vessel. Use of bamboo paneling and locally-produced handwoven fabrics also demonstrates the Charaidew’s heritage.

On board you'll find a variety of facilities to ensure your stay is enjoyable, with a friendly service to match. Open-air seating is available on the sun deck, where guests can relax in comfort with a sundowner after a day’s sightseeing.

Your cruise includes exciting shore excursions, with an experienced guide and naturalist present to help make the most of your trips. These excursions may see you visit tea gardens, rural towns and villages and craft workshops, as well as giving you the opportunity to spot some of the region's incredible wildlife and explore Hindu monasteries. Meanwhile, local song and dance performances on board give you a real flavor of the local cultures.
