The hotel was originally a traditional Balinese house, which has been converted into villas, each uniquely designed with original Balinese artworks and surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

The elegant bungalows are furnished in a traditional style, and full of beautiful paintings. The owner was very keen on elephants, and there are elephant motifs throughout the property. The villas range from one-bedroom suites to the expansive Hadiprana Estate, ensuring a variety of options to suit different needs and preferences. Each villa is equipped with modern amenities, including a private terrace, semi-outdoor bathroom, and some even boast private pools with outdoor dining areas.

The hotel is situated in the tranquil village of Tengkulak, just a short drive from the cultural heart of Ubud. Surrounded by lush rice paddies and tropical greenery, the resort offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Its location provides guests with easy access to Ubud's vibrant arts scene, traditional markets, and historic temples, while still offering a peaceful retreat where one can relax and rejuvenate amid nature.

Food and drink

The superb restaurant can be opened up on all sides, and is surrounded by paddy fields, owned by the hotel, and the rice used in the restaurant is farmed from these very fields. The menu features a mix of local and international dishes, all prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
