Rooms

The 52 rooms and suites have a traditional style. Many have balconies, Ladin-influenced living areas, and local antique furnishings, giving them a sense of place.

Deluxe rooms have double or twin queen beds and en suite bathrooms. Junior suites offer more space, while some of the larger suites are spread over two floors, with separate living areas featuring a fireplace or tiled stove.

There are also open-plan Loft suites with a south-facing terrace, wooden floors from an Austrian farmhouse, and an open fireplace. The Penthouse Suite has a kitchenette and dining area, while Chalet Zeno has three double bedrooms, living and dining areas, a kitchen, and a private garden.

Location

Alpine buildings huddle in a green valley that rises dramatically to the jagged peaks of the Lavarella and Conturines mountains. This is San Cassiano, the Alta Badia village where you’ll find Rosa Alpina. A popular place for skiing in the winter, the rest of the year brings ample hiking opportunities and the chance to relax among classic Dolomites scenery.

Food and drink

  • Three-Michelin-starred restaurant St. Hubertus, headed by renowned Chef Norbert Niederkofler. Serves regionally inspired dishes with flair using local, seasonal ingredients.
  • Restaurant Limonaia serves breakfast on its terrace overlooking the forest.
  • Wine Bar & Grill serves Italian family-style cuisine, including wood-fired pizzas, for lunch and dinner, all with mountain views.
  • Relaxed Fondue Stube offers cheese and meat fondue dinners, followed by chocolate fondue for dessert.

Families

The hotel can arrange for up to five suites to interconnect, while the Penthouse Suite has access to three further suites and Chalet Zeno has three double bedrooms.
