The Rabot Hotel is an open-air boutique hotel, which provides a unique and immersive chocolate experience in the heart of Saint Lucia's breathtaking landscape. The hotel’s standalone eco lodges are surrounded by lush native jungle and award views over the Caribbean Sea and Saint Lucia’s famous Petit Piton peak.

Guests immerse themselves in some of the local delicacies of seafood, green vegetables and estate grown fruits, all complimented with the flavors of estate grown cacao. Even the spa offers chocolate themed treatments to harness the powerful antioxidants in cacao. In addition, the hotel has an infinity pool overlooking the iconic Piton.

Rooms

The hotel offers two different types of accommodation. The luxe lodges have breathtaking views across the Saint Lucian rainforest to the Petit Piton while the standard lodges have views of the garden. All rooms consist of freshly ground coffee, tea, homemade chocolate treats, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi.

Location

The hotel is located in the southern part of Saint Lucia, just a 10-minute drive away from Soufrière and a 45-minute drive to the airport.

Food and drink

Rabot restaurant, the main restaurant on the estate offers a cacao cuisine menu with an excellent view of the Petit Piton. It's open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can also enjoy lunch or enjoy drinks at the infinity pool.
