The Park restaurant serves a Michelin-starred menu from chef Hywel Jones. Ingredients are locally sourced from organic producers or picked from the hotel’s extensive kitchen garden. For a more relaxed dining experience, The Brasserie is the hotel’s all-day restaurant. Afternoon tea is also available, as well as cocktails and canapés in the drawing room.
