Every spacious guest room at The Grand Hotel & Spa has been carefully designed with guests’ comfort in mind. All stylish rooms feature modern conveniences such as free Wi-Fi, TVs, Egyptian cotton bed linen, mini-fridges and luxury tea and coffee. The rooms also contain elegant bathrooms with sunken bathtubs. Furthermore, some of these individually designed rooms feature unique features such as porthole windows with widespread views of York.

Food and drink

The award-winning Hudson’s Restaurant serves traditional dishes and decadent desserts based around local produce. The restaurant also offers whimsical Mad Hatter and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory inspired afternoon teas featuring themed sweets. The Whisky Lounge stocks over 100 bottles of single cask, limited edition and rare whisky from around the world and offers monthly tasting sessions.
