The Omni San Francisco is a modern hotel with an ideal location for exploring the city. With its Florentine Renaissance architecture, the hotel offers a boutique experience in the heart of downtown San Francisco.

All of the rooms in the hotel are well-sized for San Francisco, and feature a king size bed or two double beds. The Premier rooms, located on the upper floors, offer partial views of the city.

OUR OPINION:

A great option if you're looking for a luxury hotel in a quiet area of San Francisco, but still wish to be within easy walking distance of some of the best sights that the city has to offer.

Rooms

The hotel has three room categories, all of which can accommodate up to four people, and two suite options. The entry level Deluxe rooms offer street or courtyard views. The next category up are the Premier rooms, which are the same size but located on higher floors. The top-category rooms are the Signature rooms, which are located on the top three floors of the hotel.

The California Suites offer more space and are located on the corner of the building, providing views of the historic cable cars. The highest room category in the hotel is the Presidential Suite, which is on the top floor and measures a spacious 1,300 square feet (120 square meters).

Location

The Omni San Francisco is in a quiet area of the city on the edge of the financial district and enjoys an ideal location just ten minutes from the shops, bars and restaurants of Union Square. It's also on one of the historic cable car lines that run across the city.

Food and drink

The hotel’s restaurant, Bob’s Steak & Chop House is rightly famous in San Francisco for serving some of the best steak that can be found in the city. It also serves various seafood dishes and some great desserts. The bar attached to the restaurant is a good place to stop for afternoon tea or an evening cocktail.

Families

All of the hotel’s rooms can accommodate up to two adults and two children. The hotel also offers a kid’s club and their own check-in pack when they arrive.
