Halekulani Hotel

Oʻahu, The US

Overlooking Diamond Head and the Pacific Ocean, this Waikīkī hotel has been welcoming guests for over a century. The name 'Halekulani', meaning 'house befitting heaven', was given to it by local fishermen due to the warm welcome they received from the original owners.

You can expect bright, airy rooms with magnificent views of the ocean or the verdant gardens. It’s a true oasis away from the lively city nearby.

OUR OPINION:

A firm Audley favorite, this property has an enviable spot on Waikīkī Beach. Despite being surrounded by a busy city, the Halekulani manages to preserve an oasis of calm for its guests. The hotel's Orchids restaurant is a must for breakfast with ocean views, and service levels are terrific.
