Built in 1909, this beautiful Newport mansion property was formerly known as Vanderbilt Hall and, having undergone extensive restorations to restore it to its former glory, today offers luxury accommodation and facilities just half a block from bustling Thames Street.

The hotel boasts both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness centre and spa complete with sauna and steam showers. There is a bright and comfortable lounge, bar, pleasant garden terrace and two restaurants.

Muse by Jonathan Cartwright is a fine-dining restaurant serving traditional European cuisine influenced by the culinary traditions of Rhode Island whilst The Conservatory offers lighter meals in a more relaxed and casual setting.

The 33 guest rooms and suites are elegantly decorated and stylishly appointed with flat-screen TV, CD/DVD player, complimentary Wi-Fi, kitchenette, minibar and coffee maker.
