Casa Cayuco is an all inclusive beachfront ecolodge in Bocas del Toro. It offers a unique blend of luxurious and sustainably built treetop cabins and beachfront accommodation.

The lodge is well-known for its commitment to ecologically sustainable practices, including the use of solar panels for electricity, propane for cooking and water heating, sea to table dining, water-saving showerheads, and supporting the local community.

Included in your stay is a round-trip speedboat transfer from Bocas Town, Isla Colon, a guided tour of the local village, use of sea kayaks, SUP boards, snorkel gear, morning tea and coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and an afternoon snack along with 24 hour on-site staff.

This eco-lodge is our preferred option on the island as it offers unique jungle surroundings and excellent service.

Rooms

The lodge has seven spacious accommodations that can sleep between two to six people. Each one offers a slightly different experience, either being nestled in the jungle, up in the trees, adjoined to the main lodge, or overlooking the water. All rooms are designed in an open-air style, giving you the sense of being outside and feature an en-suite open air bathroom, organic coconut soap and hair care products, high-powered ceiling fan, mosquito net and Wi-Fi.

Location

Surrounded by tropical gardens and pristine beaches, Casa Cayuco is located on the southern coast of Isla Bastimentos. Bocas del Toro is about a 45-minute journey away from the lodge.

Food and drink

Casa Cayuco has one restaurant offering Panamanian and international cuisine. The chef will accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies you may have. All meals are served at communal tables shared with other guests.
