The Glenburn Penthouse is an elegant, colonial in style boutique hotel with a delightful rooftop terrace and impressive views of Victoria Memorial. Located in the heart of historic Kolkata, occupying the top two floors of an office building in the heart of the city, the property looks humble from the outside, but will certainly not disappoint. There is a small spa offering treatments, a glass walled conservatory serving high tea and a graceful dining room serving a blend of colonial and Bengali delicacies. Each of the nine spacious suites have antique four-poster beds and 'white marble' bathrooms, equipped with bathtubs and walk-in showers, with lots of natural light. During your free time you can enjoy relaxing in the infinity pool or you are just a short walk from Victoria Memorial, the vibrant Maidan, and Park Street, a local hub for restaurants and bars.

This stunning residence is an absolute favourite stay for us in Calcutta. A hidden gem in the heart of the city boasting incredible landmark views where you step inside and are transported back to India's past.

The property offers nine exquisite suites featuring a soothing palette of celadon green, yellow and white. This is complemented by a grand sleeping area, adorned with antique four-poster beds, mirrored furniture and exquisite textiles, including their signature Glenburn tea print on the bed linen, and hand-embroidered luxury cotton sheets. It's a gallery in itself, adorned with art collections that narrate the rich history of Kolkata. These nine suites are divided into two distinct categories: Royal Bengal and Calcutta Suites, some of which have private balconies and outdoor terraces that offer spectacular views of the Victoria Memorial. All suites come with 'white marble' bathrooms equipped with bathtubs, walk-in showers, and exclusive Glenburn Therapy Darjeeling Green Tea bath accessories.
