Location
Set amongst lush gardens, the Taj looks out in all directions to the city around, with the racecourse and Victoria memorial within a very short walk. Calcutta’s main airport is around an hour and half’s drive.
Food and drink
Dine around the world at a choice of six restaurants offering Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Chinese specialties, or at the international all-day diner or pool side grill. You may wish to opt for something more local at the hotel’s resident Indian eatery and indulge on sweet treats at the in-house deli.
