MY Drenec offers an intimate experience exploring the little known waters around Myanmar’s Mergui Archipelago. While on board you’ll be made to feel at home as you unwind in one of the comfortable cabins, relax on the top deck or feast in the communal dining area.

This is adventure sailing at its most rewarding, and every day has something different to offer, whether that’s witnessing the serene mangrove forests awakening from the pre-dawn mists, observing the Moken sea people bringing in their daily catch, visiting the white sand beaches and engaging in world-class snorkelling or simply taking in the stunning surrounding natural beauty that’s ever present throughout the journey.

Please note that although the original vessel was built back in 1964 the new sleek, modern and fully facilitated expedition boat came to light after a refit in 2012.

Cabins

The boat houses four staterooms and one suite, each equipped with an en suite bathroom and air conditioning. Four have double beds and one has twin beds, with the designated workspaces and sofas giving them the feel of a hotel room.
