The rooms are simple but well appointed; all come with an en suite bathroom, smart TV, air-conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities; some also have river views. The cottages each have a full kitchen, firepit, picnic table and barbecue.Location
The property is ideally located for visiting some of the many nearby attractions. These include Kouchibouguac National Park, the Dune of Bouctouche and the spirited historic Acadian villages. There are lots of softly-shelving sandy beaches nearby and boating and kayaking are available of the Kouchibouguacis River which meanders into the national park.
Food and drink
The cottages at L'Ancrage are designed for self-catering, so no meals are included. The rooms, on the other hand, come with tea and coffee making facilities and include breakfast each morning.
Facilities and activities
Kayaks and mountain bikes are available to hire for a small fee; these are ideal ways to explore the lovely streams and beaches in the vicinity.
