Gunung Rinjani
The crescent shaped bay is backed by groves of palm trees and boasts calm blue waters and fine coral gardens. With the huge peak of Gunung Rinjani rising up behind and the tropical Gili Islands just 15 minutes off the coast, the area is one of the island's most picturesque spots.
The beaches stretch for several kilometres and boast two of our favourite properties in Indonesia, the Tugu Lombok and the Oberoi Lombok.
